Over the last couple of months I have been viewing a TV series called “Pushing Daisies”, currently showing in the US. I have just heard that ITV have bought the rights and are planning to show it on Friday nights in a prime time slot on ITV1.

Drop whatever you have on the go when this is on TV and if you don’t have the biggest warm fuzzy feeling at the end of each episode then you’re not human.

For those of you that were bemoaning the lack of updates I bring you this super-exciting update…

The wipers had their first proper road test and came through with flying colours. I honestly recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of models covered and eBay have a lot for sale, that’s where I got mine.

Writing posts about windscreen wipers… well, I hope you are all happy now. lolzors. imo tbh

After suffering for weeks now with ’smear my windscreen with shite and miss the other half of the windscreen when it’s tipping down’ I purchased a set of Bosch Aerotwin wipers - not just the blades but the whole kaboodle.

The fitting instructions are a joke, two pictures that look like they were drawn by a three year old on the side of the box, one says ‘removal’ the other says ‘fitting’.

Having read horror stories of people breaking them when trying to fit them and others taking a whole day I took the plunge today. 15 minutes later they were working and are the absolute nuts. They look excellent [no frame] and my limited testing went superbly too.

After a long beta testing phase this was released on Sunday night. Try if you think you’re hard enough…. Map 1 is relatively easy to complete once you get the hang of how the game works, the challenge then is to get as high a score as possible.

Map 2 is downright hard, I can only get to the last level but then die

Map 3 you’ll have to join [only 20 dollars for a year to the rabble]but is just pure EVIL.

So, click here for your fix, either click on GAMES in the menu of click directly on the game on the left hand side

I’m off to have another go on map 1.

I really would have taken a point from today’s game but we got all three points, leaving us three points clear at the top and, more importantly, six points clear of third place.

A super happy bunny is in residence at OrientFan towers.

How long this is worth looking at is anyone’s guess but it gives me an EXTREMELY warm fuzzy feeling inside, it’s like sex but in league table format!

By the way, I’ve fallen off the no-smoking wagon. My fault. I am an idiot. 1st October is my new date for giving it a go. I can not do this without visible tangible reasons, and this date provides them. Feel free to give me grief about it if you have given up smoking, if you have not been a smoker then I respectfully ask you to keep your thoughts to yourself [read “Shut the fuck up”].

Firstly an apology for the time it has taken to update my blog, needed a new screen for my laptop y’see? Anyway, got it back this arvo so here we go….

This is in no way, shape or form, easy. I really can’t be arsed to post links but you can google away and I DO have a New Scientist article to show that Nicotine is as addictive as, say, heroin.

I have smoked for more years than I care to remember, probably a 20-30 a day person. I decided to quit. Monday morning, and that was it, I had my Inhalator(TM) and 42 cartridges.

I really don’t think people know what to say, should they encourage you, shouldn’t they?

In my case I want people to ask me, I want them to say “well done” or “idiot” or whatever. Please do not think I want to, or can, do this on my own. And I want them to do it EVERY BLOODY HOUR. I am not attention seeking, I want to do this but if I think no-one else gives a shit it makes it a hell of a lot harder.

I lapsed today and had two puffs before putting it out, am back on the Inhalator (TM). I wished people knew how difficult it is to stop smoking.

Exactly how many tariffs do you have from Elm Park station to Hornchurch? At the same time?

£5, £6, £6.50? For the same route at the same time. Strange huh?

OrientFan does not take this lightly, it’s obvious now the more sleepy I look, or if I fall asleep even though I’m awake when I get to OrientFan towers, I get charged more. Normally I get the bus but, when knackered, I really can’t afford to wake up at the end of the route, read Romford, Not a place I want to be at night.

So, avoid A1 Minicabs, and also their “5 minutes” seems to be on a different dimension than people with watches and clocks.

This is not good. Everyone on Skype and MSN is sensible and has gone to bed so am pretty bored. But I found this whilst researching details of the hotel fire in Newquay.

Bloody hell, it took a ship to alert the fire brigade.

As for the fire in the hotel, I pretty much guarantee the insurance documents were not in there. How did they get a licence? No fire doors, A wooden fire escape, obviously no sprinklers…
