Fair enough, I can't sleep properly. I do not treat everyone with suspicion, it just takes me a hell of a lot of time to know when to trust someone. I make mistakes from time to time - trusting poeple too much - and it always bites me on the arse.

I'll stick to being good at my job. My personal life can go to shit, I really don't care.

Bipolar? maybe some insighful observations - yes, but what did we do in the dark ages, claiming life is more complex now and contains more pressures may just be a culture of blame and lacking responsibilities. When it was "kill of be killed" what did we do when it became too much? a philosophical question yet to be answered satisfactorily.

back to the here and now - A high level of intelligence and a tendancy for the brain to shut down when it says "I cant be bothered with this". It is very difficult for people to read someone who is deceptive with their feelings. "shall I ask them out for a drink, or a game of pool or bowling? narr give them some space" the human reace needs facial expressions to read to feel secure and understand the person they interact with.

Good diet, sound sleep and regular routines (and some excercise if possible) gives life's natural endorphines a chance and is very successful at regulating moods in most depressives, although not necessarily a cure and whilst recognising the place for medication, it is not a cure on its own. Just as weight control is often a combination of less going in and more being burnt - it really takes a change of life style to make a long term difference.

Life can take some interesting twists and turns, and although the fear of backstabbing repition is a real one, it is also an obstacle to deepening trusts being formed. Depressives are natural at being able to listen and sympathise with other';s problems, and normally very opionated about solutions, but infact very introverted at the same time and very unaware when their bevaviour may negatively affect someone else. Especially when that person is otherwise a strong and stable character.

Although there is a tendency to regard everyone with suspicion it can result in missed oportunities. Whilst looking inside don't miss what is passing you by.Yo may feel wronged in a previous incarnation but it does not mean others will take the same tratment, even if unintentional.
